Wash water treatment and recycling systems from Riveer are available in many configurations. Each wash water filtration system is progressively larger and designed to handle heavier mud loads. Mud and oil challenge any filtration system; providing a logical approach to dealing with mud is the hallmark of Riveer water treatment systems. Not everyone is washing earthmovers but everyone has some dirt, so our equipment is designed to meet your needs, whatever they may be.
The RTS Series of closed loop water treatment systems is specifically designed to be used in wash rack applications. The systems recycle wash water from the above ground wash racks, in-ground sumps, skid steer troughs, or trench drains. The zero discharge process allows for environmentally safe cleaning by using simple filtration processes that are included in all models, built in oil-water separation, ozone injection, oil coalescing, oil skimming, absolute filtration and more. You can use your own pressure washer with the RTS Series or use Riveer's fully integrated pressure washer. Not only can the RTS Series be used for equipment washing and corrosion control, but it can also save powder coaters tens of thousands of dollars by recycling phosphate pre-treatment chemicals. Whether you are degreasing equipment or acid washing parts, the RTS Series can save you time and money while avoiding EPA fines.
Riveer offers three sizes of treatment systems to handle different volumes of mud and dirt; RTS 1000, RTS 3000, and RTS 5000.
