Above ground steel portable wash racks can be configured in sizes from 7' x 9' to 100' x 100' depending on your needs. Riveer above ground wash racks are very low profile, only 5" tall, making for safe and easy access with our full width <1 degree sloped ramps.
Riveer wash racks feature a smooth surface, no undulations or welded on screens. The deck is painted with a custom 2 part epoxy paint that is impregnated with non-ferrous grit giving a sure grip when wet.
Riveer wash racks are the only above ground wash racks specifically designed to be wash racks. The green ones are actually cattle guards and others are just containment racks. Since Riveer wash racks were designed specifically to be wash racks, they include the following unique and useful features:
- Nonskid smooth surface, no trip hazards
- Grit impregnated epoxy painted surface for sure footing
- Built-in slope of 3” over 18 feet
- Low profile, 6” deck height
- Because we use suction to recover wash water and mud, our deck height doesn’t have to be high enough to accommodate a sump pump. Some other “wash racks" are 12 inches high, making getting on and off them much more difficult and dangerous.
- Low approach angle, 3 degree ramps at both entrance and exit
- 90 ton capacity, 3 times higher than undulating portable racks
- Standard 6’ high over spray walls, keeps you in EPA compliance
