Riveer knows that handling mud is the hardest task for any wash rack and that is why only Riveer wash racks come with automatic conveyors to drag the mud to hoppers, both from the rack and the stainless steel filtration system. Riveer is the only company to offer these features and that’s why we are a preferred vendor to Caterpillar, a company that knows something about mud.
Riveer wash racks are designed to be safe and easy to work on. Some green, ankle twisting racks found on the web are actually nothing more than modified cattle guards, explains the strange undulating surface! Riveer racks support 90 tons because they are engineered to be wash racks. Riveer racks are flat and painted with two part epoxy and include a grit impregnated top coat to give a sure grip when wet and soapy.
We all know that pressure washer guns are going to get broken, hoses are going to get abraded, and pumps can even fail. For these reasons each Riveer HEWS comes with a complete spares package that includes guns, hoses, pumps, and valves to allow the system to be repaired wherever it is deployed. The spares package is locked into a separate locker within the equipment container to insure parts are available when needed.
