Concrete Forms Washing

Our clients in this application usually use very high pressure washers, over 10,000 PSI.  These washer pumps are very expensive and intolerant of grit.

The washing of the forms generates a slurry with a very high concentration of suspended solids.  We have found that a combination of settling, media filtration and then absolute filtration to 5 microns creates an acceptable quality of wash water with a minimum amount of user input.

Another concern to address when washing concrete forms is that these very high pressure washers are extremely loud.  Because of this noise some of our customers have elected to have us build complete enclosures with sound deadening insulation.  To keep production moving we have installed high speed electric doors.
